I will try again once you add me into the project. Or can you try to put the pcb file into a new design and then push to 3D PCB?

This looks like a bug in the latest update. Fusion crashed this evening and after restarting it updated and now I'm seeing this bug. the 3d packages are randomly not aligned as they should, but not all of them. I have 5 of these JST PH connectors on this board, one of them is in the right place, 4 are rotated and offset. I cannot make them render correctly. I have deleted them, copied/pasted the one that's correct, brought in new instances, replaced them with a different connector and then replaced them back, doesn't matter, they render weird.

I attached the schematic and board files, but I'm not sure if it works without my library? I can add devs to the project to poke at it if needed.

@chris.eganY2EK3 , thanks for adding me into your project so that I can have a closer look at the problem. I still cannot access to your library, but from the different versions of the 3D PCB documents, I think this is what happened:
In the first version of the library, the 3d package of S2B-PH-K-S was something like this (note that the part is located far away from the origin):

You created a 3D PCB with this version of the library. Later the transform of the 3d package is fixed in v2:

The 3D PCB that has the problem is actually using the old version of the 3D packages. For some reasons the system doesn't recognize the new version of S2B-PH-K-S and didn't update the parts in v2. When you create a new design, it will use the latest version and so the result is correct.

I will ask our QA team to test why this error could happen. You have at least two options to move on:
1. Because no other 3D document has reference to the 3D PCB design, you can simply remove the link to the 3D PCB document from the board, and then push to 3D PCB again to create a new 3D board.

2. If you want to continue to use your old 3D PCB, you can create a new version of the 3D package for S2B-PH-K-S, and then update the 2D and 3D board.

Richard
