&lt;P&gt;I hope you're doing well. You need to make sure you are using the educational version and not the personal version. If you are using the Personal version then this is as intended. If you are on the educational version, then make sure you go into the DRC &amp;gt; Layers Stackup and change to a 4 layer or whatever setup you need. That's how you enable the additional layers, by default you always start with 2 layers.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im currently working on a pcb design for a custom flight computer I am making for a science project, but its not letting me make any more than 2 layers. Is this a bug or this intentional?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
