&lt;P&gt;I hope you're doing well. PCB fiberglass can't really hold a thread, it would likely need a threaded insert. Have a conversation with your manufacturer to see what they need in the gerbers to indicate that you need threaded inserts for those holes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, im making a pcb wich has two 3mm holes that need to be threaded and i dont know how to do it, i need to&amp;nbsp; have the gerber files so i can send them and make it. thanks (holes marked in blue in attached photo )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
