Hello @robert.gogol,

I hope you're doing well. The Dimension command in Electronics was implemented before Autodesk and it does snap to the grid. It works best when actually clicking on items to get the dimensions but I understand the frustration.

For simple measurements, sometimes using the MARK command makes it easier. In Electronics the dimensions don't constrain objects like they can in the modeling environment so they play less of a role.

Let me know what you are trying to achieve exactly and I'll be able to give a better option.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Hello
2D PCB Layout editor - I try to measure my pcb and key elements with dimension - is any way to disable grid snap when I draw dimension?
I can snap with dimension only to grid, not to objects.
Disabling or changing grid size does not change dimension behavior - snaps only to (invisible) grid
please help
