&lt;P&gt;I hope you're doing well. The best place to check what the clearance errors are caused by is to look into the DRC and Netclasses. Whatever is causing the violation will show up there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.&lt;/P&gt;
