Hi @chris_cummingsDT,

This is one of the areas where Fusion has an edge over EAGLE. EAGLE only support flat trace ends on arc objects. In Fusion, traces can have either the default rounded end or the flat one.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Since Fusion 360 is not properly saving design blocks using 'Write DBL' we are exporting .SCH and .BRD files of the design blocks for importation into Eagle.

Unfortunately, we are seeing some forward compatibility issues (always impossible to cover, right?).

The traces are flat in F360:

But when brought into Eagle, they are converted to Round, even though Properties shows Flat:

We are wondering if the added 'Join' attribute is corrupting the parsing of the .BRD file. If things are only pushed off by one field and we can edit the file, that would be OK. It has to be fixed in Eagle since the DB has to be written out from Eagle.

The SCH and BRD files can be supplied, if protected from public disclosure.

Removing the join="flat" referenced stopped Eagle from throwing up the dialog, but the wires still have rounded ends, which makes this unworkable.
