topic Current and future scripting/programming in Fusion Electronics? in Fusion Electronics Forum

I am wondering what the current state of scripting or programming is in the latest Fusion 360 Electronics release, and what the high level plans is for improved scripting in the near future.

Soon we will need to add some custom functionality to Fusion Electronics, to improve integration with our workflow. We have developed many custom ULPs in the past, and before starting a new ULP effort we want to know if there is a newer (python?) scripting language either released, or coming soon.

Hi @drew3L45Q ,

I hope this message finds you well. We do have plans to at some point incorporate electronics into Fusion's python interface. With that said, from what I know about this year's plans I don't think this is coming this year. So for now ULPs are the way.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Thank you, we will develop a ULP solution.
