Where can I find the complete and up-to-date command list?

Where can I find the complete and up-to-date command list?
I would also like to use keyboard shortcuts to set selection filters.
I managed to figure out the "change showfill on" command that redisplays the polygons, but I don't know how.
Also, back in the days of EAGLE, it was possible to issue separate commands for Sch, Brd, and Lib using the same shortcut key, but how can I do that?

It's currently not possible to create shortcuts on a per editor basis. I've created an enhancement request for this.
