solved it by editing the board in 3D and re-clicking the sketch that represents the board outline and pushed it into the board and back to 3D. Very frustrating how buggy fusion is sometimes.

I recently updated my components library via Eagle (latest version) because I prefer to work on my library via Eagle (user experience is better) and just recently noticed that whenever I push my components to 3D PCB, it causes all the 3D components to be out of alignment. See attached. Any ideas?? I even updated the library and updated design from all libraries. Very frustrating. Nothing is lined up with the silkscreen.
