Hi Jorge,

Many thanks to you for your reply, I'm not talking about the hole that I know how to make, but about the numerous VIAs that there are all around the circumference of the PAD, but above all what is the role of these VIAs, we often see this kind of hole on computer cards, But I see that it looks complicated again with Fusion.

Best and thanks to you Jorge

What is the role of this hole with A's all around it and how to do it with Fusion, how do we declare at the factory that it is gold plated?

Thanks by advance

Hi @RitchieFromParis,

I hope you're doing well. I don't know what that type of pad would be called. Making it in Fusion/EAGLE would be tricky. This is how I would try to do it, there are likely other ways but this is what I would do.

1) Make a donut polygon.

2) Use through-hole pads for the center and surrounding drills.

See the attached image with an explanation for how to make a donut polygon.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
