Extra Component added to 'pushed' 3D PCB

There is an extra component that resides at 0,0 in 3D PCB after pushed from PCB document.
Having no luck removing or finding any links to the extra part.
in the 3d PCB timeline, the extra component is added as 'base feature1' -and matches the component in the browser (highlighted in blue below).
The extra part does match a library model or step file downloaded from either Digikey or Snapmagic when the design was first started. After importing, removed links to the original and now using a model in the design.
No issues with the schematic, pcb document or DRC violations; no extra parts in any of the design's components or nets.
There are two similar 3d models still in the project browser that match the extra part. The properties show 'no usage' in any design but unable to delete these two parts in the local browser or on-line.

I hope you're doing well. So if you look in the 2D PCB there is no component at 0,0? This is only showing up in the 3D PCB?

Could you go to the 2D PCB and push to 3D again to see if it removes that extra part? If it doesn't then I'll need the files to test and share with development.

Hi Jorge,
I've gone back and forth at least 20 times between the schematic - PCB
document - 3D PCB - private library while iterating the design and the
extra part is always present.
It's not in the 2D PCB or schematic. If needed, I am able to export and
send the .f3z file to you.
