I have two polygons named P1 and P2. They are not connected in any way. They both have traces coming off of them. I accidentally re-named the P1 polygon to P2. Now, whenever I attempt to re-name the real P1 polygon back to P1, it changes all traces and both polygons to be named P1.

The closest I have gotten is getting both polygons to be correctly named P1 and P2 again, but the P1 traces are still P2. Changing their name changes every P2 trace to be P1. Is there a way to break this connection between without deleting all of the traces I have?

Hi @wlilegdo ,

I hope you're doing well. Usually if you activate the NAME command and click on of the edges of the polygon you'll get the option to rename the polygon itself or all the connected nets. Make sure to select the rename polygon option.

Let me know if you continue to run into probems.

Best Regards,
