Footprint and its sketch disparity

I have a footprint with a regular 4+5 spacing; fully custom-build, no external library.

When I do a "Create package from footprint, this is displayed as

Note that the pad spacing is irregular.

When I switch off snap, pins are ok. Note that the pads are off-grid because of the case-size being metric. I would consider this a bug nevertheless, because it should be possible to use snap even when the pads are off-grid.

@dieter.menne Sorry for very late response. Are you able to reproduce this in latest Fusion? If yes would you mind sharing the library containing that footprint? Thanks.

At my first attempt with the new version, the problem remained. After I did a full cleanup/delete (sorry, don't remember the details) it worked ok. I am not totally sure if this would be reproducable, because I decided to never change a running system, take the money and run.

I did not have the courage to try again, but here is the component:

The bounding-box is on-grid, the pinholes are equidistant, but off-grid. I know that this combination was the problem, because other similar components with all pads on-grid worked ok, and switching off the grid during device creation was a workaround.

@dieter.menne Thanks for sharing the 3d model. If you are not able to reproduce this can we close this issue?

Please feel free to create a new one and attach the library with bad footprint.
