Holes in footprints being left behind when moving component

I've noticed than when a component with a hole in its footprint is moved the hole stays back in the pcb (and a new one is created for the new placement). You can erase the old holes in the 2d pcb because they seem to be lines in the Dimension layer but it is an inconvenience and I think it may be an easy bug to fix.

UPDATE: I deleted the holes in the 2D pcb but after pushing to the 3D the holes still appear.

Edit: They do NOT appear in the CAM preview though, so with a bit of luck the files generated for manufacturing will still be ok.

A couple of hours later the holes disappeared. I don't know what made them disappear. 🤔
