Double Sided PCB milling, Copy pads on bottom layer to top layer for through hole parts

How can I copy all the pads on the bottom of a PCB to the top of the pcb layer so that through hole parts do not short out on the unmilled top layer.

Oh gees first post and I look like an idiot. The Pads are already on the top layer duh 🙂

Your first question is a good one and you found the answer by yourself. That's even better .. 😀😀

Just to clarify for all: Through-hole PADS are drawn in the Pads layer and go through all signal layers in the board. They can differ in diameters in Top, Bottom and inner layers. This depends on the settings in the Design Rules (see Annular Ring tab).
