Infinite loading component list issue with Electronic Cooling Simulation results

Hi,

I have run a simulation on the Electronic Cooling simulation module and I can't access the results. Instead I have the message "Loading component list" blinking in the upper left corner for an infinite time (See attached picture). Have you ever encountered this issue? Do you have a solution?

I am working with development to understand why the results are not loading. I don't have a resolution for you right now, but I will reply back in the morning with some additional information.

The usual thing to do is close the f3d and re-open again. Let me know if that works. This doesn't happen that often, but when it does, it is most likely a temporary problem such as your internet connection or the visualization service itself.

Thank you for your comments. The issue finally resolved by itself. Closing and reopening f3d had no effect on it. I assume it was a temporary viewing problem.

Hi, i do have the same issue with my simulation. at the top left corner it simply says something went wrong, message loader failed-session not ready and the results of the simulation don't show up
