Use of eagle.scr in Fusion to add a custom Menu bar

Hello,

is it possible to integrate a “MENU” bar with its own icons in Fusion Electronics, as it works with Eagle?
Because my eagle.scr is loaded in Fusion Electronics and the commands also work. However, no new “MENU” is created like in Eagle.
