I hope you're doing well. If the ULPs don't work then at this moment we don't have any other solution. I'll note it as a feature request, but the ULPs are all we have for now.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

I am trying to import to a new Fusion 360 Electronics design. I have Gerbers and DXF data. When I run any import ULPs I ultimately get an error running a script file. The error shows up and goes away before I can capture it. There has been years of discussion on this topic on the Eagle board and Jorge tells us to search this board instead. I don't see a solution yet. Can someone help please?

Thanks for replying Jorge. I hope you can help me. I've tried many things and come up with a possible problem on my end. I can import Gerbers from other boards I've built in the past now and it works as expected. However I have Gerbers I've exported from Diptrace that I need to import. These files must be not quite correct. They open in some Gerber viewers but not others. Do you know of a program to open the Gerbers and then save again or repair and then save? I know it's outside Autodesk but you're an industry expert and I need help.

Thanks in advance and for previous help you've provided.

I hope you're doing well. Here's something you could try. Google Viewmate, they sell various versions of their gerber viewer. The step above free let's you edit gerbers and export them(this was a few years go but I think it might still be the case).

Viewmate is the best gerber viewer and editor I have ever used. Open the gerbers in the program make some insignificant tweak and re-export them. That should generate a more standardized gerber that you could import. Give it a try.

Best Regards,
