Notice the item in the bottom menu that is highlighted in orange. This allows for changing the routing type. I just started routing and noticed that I don't have the different routing types in the ROUTE MANUAL pane. I found this <A href="https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=ECD-TUT-MANUAL-ROUTING-PRACTICE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tutorial</A> that shows they should be there, but I don't have them as shown in the screenshot below.
