Hello,

I have created component as follows:

This is LED highlighted button. Pairs of pads A1/A2 and B1/B2 are alternative. These pads don't have to be connected each other. Moreover, I want tu use them sometimes as "wires". For example, signal connected to A1, can be continued by A2. For now, I get errors as follows:

How to define component to avoid accepting such as messages?

How to inform application that A1/A2 and B1/B2 are the same, internally connected signals?

You did the correct way in the library manage to connect the A1/A2 and B1/B2.

However you still need to connect the B1&B2 pin yourself in the pcb design. This as it should work.

Hi @_Marek ,

I hope you're doing well. Since these are connected internally you have the option in the connect dialog to say so. In the image above, look to the right of G$1.SW1 you'll see there is a little icon there. If you hover over it, it will say all. Click it and it will change to any.

This tells electronics that as long as one of the two pads is connected the netlist is satisfied. Change it to any and those errors will go away.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
