White/black spline sketch end points

Hi, I've just been playing with splines following the digital prototyping learning videos. I copied and moved spline sketches away from the plane in 3D, and have been lofting through them.

However I then noticed that one of the splines has end white points whereas the others have black. I found another post explaining that black indicates a spline fit point:

I didn't intentionally do anything to that spline to make its end points white, and I can't replicate this. The spline also seems to function properly still. What does this mean / what did I do to make this happen? I've attached the Fusion file.

EDIT: Actually it looks the other way round, that an unconstrained spline has white end points and black mid points. So my question is the same but the other way around, why are the other spline end points black?
