Hi, thanks for your effort.

This is not possible when you "hold" component which you want to move.

Question was not about moving in the browser. Question was moving in the browser, when working with component.

I hope, Autodesk will find solution one day.

regards

Hello,

I did not find answer on this question anywhere.

I got a step model (building) which has few thousands of components. I need to sort it a bit to be able to continue to work on it. So I have created structure of new components. For example walls, windows, doors, roof panel, steel structure and so on. If I select the component down in the browser and I want to move it to one of the new component which is few thousand components higher in the list, how to do it quickly, without waiting and waiting until I roll with mouse. Thanks a lot

Hope it Decreases your Time to reach a Specific Body in Browser .

There is A Drage Line in the Browser On the left of the hiding/Unhide option. Simply Click and Drag Up/Down to reach the desire component/body without waiting and dragging the mouse wheel.
