yes, that is a current limitation in Fusion parametric designs - you cannot Move a work plane (or axis, or point) after creation. That may be implemented some day, but for now all you can do is to edit the definition of the plane (change the offset value)

I'm new to Fusion360 i have a wing rib and I am trying to setup an offset work plane at an angle of 30deg to the face of the rib, i create the offset plane but when i click on it and hit m for move it doesn't give me the option to move or rotate it, the move menu pops up but i cant click on the plane to move it. I tried a different approach i click on it and hit edit feature but then can only move it in 1 direction. Any suggestions?
