    <description>&lt;P&gt;A single Combine alone will not do this.&amp;nbsp; There are many ways to achieve this.&amp;nbsp; You could do two Combines (cut with "keep tools", then a Remove of the middle piece, then a second Combine to join the tube to the block), or you could use Boundary Fill to remove the inner piece, then Combine again to join the two.&amp;nbsp; Or, Split Body to remove the inner piece.&amp;nbsp; Or, define a sketch on the end face of the cylinder, and use Extrude to remove the inner bit.&amp;nbsp; Etc&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is the "two Combine + Remove" approach:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I struggle with a probably simple task.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a structure consisting out of one box and as second a tube. I need to combine those two, so the tube will go through the box and of course keeping the inner drill open. Combining options doesn't help but how to overcome this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thx&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Tire&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
