Fillet Errors (I'm new to Fusion and could use some assistance!)

Hello! I'm pretty inexperienced with this software, and decided to do this project in Fusion for practice. Previously I had used 123D Design for almost everything, but the lack of functionality and the instability of the now unsupported software has led me to learn Fusion. Almost all of my modeling projects are for prop replicas, and I was almost done with this Beskar spear from the Mandalorian, however I kept encountering problems when trying to fillet the edges of the spearhead. Keep in mind I am very unexperienced with Fusion and have essentially been doing what I was used to doing with 123D (everything is just sketches and then various combine operations). Attached are screenshots of my problem. I need to be able to fillet the edges of the spade portion on the spearhead, they need to be rounded off so that the smaller end of this face is basically a half-circle (second picture). Please let me know if you have any suggestions, or if more detail about my project is necessary, let me know how to share the project files. Thanks!

You have at least two unresolved issues indicated early on your Timeline - you should have started asking questions a longggg time ago rather than continuing with the design.

You also have numerous Move commands which are almost always used incorrectly by beginners.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Yikes! Are you willing to start over from scratch?

We can do this design with a couple of sketches and maybe six features.

No Moves. No Aligns.

Can you provide link(s) to the Tutorials that you have been following to learn Fusion 360?

Where did you go?

I didn't spend a lot of time on the spear point as I wasn't sure if you were going to continue on this project - the the Attached might give you some ideas. Simply edit the sketch dimensions as needed.
