(maybe my future self)</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The think that confuses deepnest is that Slicer outputs a big rectangle around everything. What works for me:</P><OL><LI>Export in Slicer to one giant sheet EPS</LI><LI>Open the EPS in Inkscape</LI><LI>Select the main object and "Ungroup"</LI><LI>Select the outline around everything and delete it</LI><LI>Find any shapes that are the wrong color (eg red that should be blue) and double click them to edit them.
