      <title>Sweep intersects itself</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My vision: 3D printed guide track for LED strip neon light for my home. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've created a .svg file of the shape, and want to make the track. &amp;nbsp; I used the sweep function to create a track I know will take the Flexi LED strip. &amp;nbsp;The image has relatively sharp corners, and as such when I printed a section, the LED strip had trouble making those bends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rounded the corners using Inkscape (path effects &amp;gt; fillet/chamfer) and now Fusion is saying it cannot complete the operation because the sweep intersects itself. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to get around this? &amp;nbsp;I have tried softer curves, but it doesn't seem anything I do makes it work. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, this is just a limitation of Sweep - the resulting body cannot intersect itself.&amp;nbsp; You have a large profile for the angles of your path - short of some really aggressive filleting, or scaling down the profile significantly, sweep is going to fail.&amp;nbsp; As an example, this level of filleting (10mm) on the first 3 lines will succeed:&lt;/P&gt;
