Revolve fails to create symmetric component

Simple revolve fails to create symmetrical body. Editing the feature does allow the symmetrical body to be created.

to be honest, I did not believe you, @etfrench . But, considering the source, I had to try. Here is what I found:

the first time you do a symmetric Revolve, it works fine. I was already to post a response saying "it works for me...", but then I went to record a screencast, and... fail.
did a bit of debugging, and it seems that: If the "last remembered value" is symmetric, the logic fails, and even though the UI says symmetric, it doesn't "stick", and uses "one side" instead.
If, instead, you switch to "one side", then back to "symmetric", it works again.

I created FUS-82479 for this. I think this qualifies as "bug of the week"...
