I am trying to create a slot that is countersunk for a flathead screw. I know how to create a hole with a countersink, and I made the slots using the sketch slot center to center command. Then I used Push pull to remove the material. Slots are perfect except I cannot figure out how to add a countersink to the edges. I have searched the varied forums with no success. any help is appreciated.

thanks. I will try that. Where is the table located in fusion? I am using a 6-32 screw for the slot so need to create a triangle sketch half the diameter? Then sweep. I'll try.

Get the values like @jhackney1972 says, but do the chamfer like @davebYYPCU says 😁

The values in the chamfer command were taken from the Hole dialog:

You should be aware that imported models from McMaster-Carr won't sit flush in the slot. (The 6-32 100 degree and 82 degree models are switched in McMaster-Carr, so verify the model after downloading.)

thanks for all the great suggestions. I went with the original solution offered because I knew by sketching the angles I would get a true countersink angle. It was kinda tough getting the profile created and lined up correctly to the axis but eventually it worked and I learned something. So thank you all I will try the chamfer idea as well to see if that turns out easier.

I am trying to create this exact thing.. a slotted countersunk hole.
I can't seem to "copy the values from the display" as posted while I have the hole command window open. either this is rocket science or doing this is completely different now in later versions of fusion 360 because for the life of me i can't figure this out. do i have to copy each individual measurement from the hole window into the chamfer window or something?
