Using geometry to cut geometry with capacity

I'm designing a box for some switches and jacks. I've created and arranged models of the components and have started designing the box around them. Is there a way to use the components to cut their own holes in the box where they penetrate it, and do so with some excess capacity for the component to easily fit? E.g., imagine a panel-mount switch with a cylindrical neck that passes through the panel and is retained by a nut applied to it from the outside of the panel. Now that I've placed the switch where I want it, I'd like to use it to cut its mounting hole in the box, but make the hole, say, .01" larger in diameter than the neck. How can I do that within Fusion? Thanks

the only way to do that is to use Combine to do the cut, then use Offset Faces to add the fit tolerance to the resulting hole.
