Is there a way to toggle a set of features ?

Hello there.

Context : I create 3D keyboard cases with various location for female socket (usb-c, micro, mini usb) at different location of my design. I also want to make variations for small printers splitted in half.
Considering I have 3 socket + 2 size variation of my case, I have to make 3 version of my model, play with the timeline to activate or not the split in two halfs. Everytime I have to make a change, I have to do it on the 3 models.

Question : Is there a way to enable or disable a set of feature, maybe with a selection set ?
I don't want to delete the features, but just temporary disable them.

you can use selection sets + suppress features to do this. It is manual, but you can make it work. I will create a screencast to illustrate.

Also, what you really need are "configurations", which are a way to create designs that are driven by a table of settings, each row of which define a different configuration. This is something that we are working on, but is not yet available.

Woaaah let me try that !

That's perfect. Also the french is « Mask feature » that is for me a better wording for the feature because it help distinguish the difference with the the other suppress button 🙂
