Assembly issues in Fusion

"Hello, I can easily create assemblies in Inventor. However, I cannot assemble the same parts in Fusion. Are there no Constraint commands in Fusion? Are there only Joint commands? Can I assemble these parts in Fusion the same way I do in Inventor?"

Did you model these bodies in Fusion, or did you model them in Inventor?

It doesn't matter which program it is made in. X_t is an external data.

What program were the bodies modeled in?

How much prior experience do you have with Fusion?

data were drawn in the NX program.

There is an interference between these two parts.

I saw other potential issues with the geometry as well.

I guess it could be used as-is if not concerned with quality of work or realism.

Joints in Fusion work essentially the same as the Joints in Inventor.

I am trying to get an understanding of you level of experience in Fusion before taking the time to create a video on using Joints in Fusion.

Joints in Fusion work the same as Joints in Inventor.

Have you gone through the Tutorials?

Do you have any examples of work that you have created from scratch entirely in Fusion? (*.f3d or *.f3z files)

Creating instructional videos using your actual files is a time-consuming process, many videos on Fusion Assembly Joints already exist on YouTube and in the Tutorials.

Do you have an understanding of Components vs Bodies (in Inventor or Fusion)?

Actually my main concern is this. I know that Joints work the same in both softwares. But I haven't used any Joints in Inventor while making this assembly. I just used 2 different constraints in 5 seconds and my assembly is done. However in Fusion, I couldn't manage to do it. I've been working with other CAD softwares more than 10 years. I do not compare Fusion with other foreign softwares. The exact same model is also imported to Inventor, and the screenshot that you show is also the same in inventor. And hence, it makes no disturbances to the system in Inventor. I'm just trying to implement the logic of constraints in Inventor to Fusion's assembly logic.

The short answer is: no. Fusion does not support "atomic assembly constraints". If you are going to use Fusion, you will have to learn to use Joints. There are lots of instructional materials out there, both provided by Autodesk and by other independent contributors, that will show you how to assemble components using Joints. If you don't want to learn Joints, then Fusion is not for you.

If you can make an assembly like I did in the Inventor program in the Fusion program, then I can understand the Joint logic. Everyone who answered, including you, does not accept that there is no solution to the problem and you insist on a meaningless insistence. I am asking here how the solution is, and you are trying to judge me for not knowing the program. If you are really curious about whether I know the Fusion program well, I can send you the videos I have made about Fusion. Let's see if I know and if the program is for me or not, you can decide accordingly.

Fusion does not have a concept of mates like inventor and solid works. it's been complained about many times.

there are various ways to achieve what you want with joints but not as easily. it will require extra steps.

if you put a small fillet on the fin here-

then you could use a slider joint paired with a tangent relationship. see attached model.

Bravo to someone who finally comes up with a smart solution and really helps. I'm starting to think that the users' requests and problems are not taken into consideration in this forum, and even if they are, they wait for a long time for a solution, and only fixes are made according to the developers' own needs. Most of the time, they start giving answers that don't accept that the deficiencies are really deficiencies.
