I am trying to use the Chamfer Function on a triangular cookie-cutter design, I am unsure as to why when I Chamfer the blades, where they meet in the middle, the section goes concave. Is there a certain parameter that is causing this because I went from the sides to meet in the middle as well and it did that same concave cutout? If anyone can advise me on what to change that would be greatly appreciated.

this is a sign that the body surfaces are not nicely connected. there are columns calculated by fusion and the champfer turns out to be bizarre. are they combined bodies? greetings mango

Yes, this part has been combined to become one body or one component. So
would I have to go back in and extrude it all as one body or component?
Because I need the blade section to be extruded more than the body
section.
if you can go back in the timeline to extrude. extrude a little more to later have the bodies overlapping. after combining, there shouldn't be a small gap left. zoom very close to it. if you can't do it, share your work with us and put the work as an f3d file in the link bar below. greetings mango

it's trying to chamfer the edges of that little itty bitty triangle you have on the center of that face. you can see the profile in your sketch here-

and if you zoom in on that speck in your solid, you can see you extruded it with the rest of the body-
