Can't seem to find a simple solution to Mirror and Flip a body

Hi there, I am relatively new to Fusion 360 and am struggling to find a simple way to Mirror an asymmetrical shaped body from one side of the centre-line of a rectangular shape to the other and Flip it, like creating 69 from a 6.

Keep everything bodies until you get to the end and then combine the ones you want with the base rectangle body. Model is attached.

to make a 9 out of a 6, you don't mirror and flip the 6. you just rotate it in space. your working way to hard.-

Thank for showing me this approach John, it is much appreciated. The more I learn about this Program, the more I realise that there are many ways to approach and deal with specific requirements.

Thank you laughingcreek, I seem to have replied in the wrong box to thank you, but thank you for making it look so easy. As you say, I was making it too hard for myself. I now have a much better understanding of how to approach this type of modelling. Incidentally the model is for a Double C7 Envelope Deckle Faceplate, for making 2 envelopes by hand out of paper pulp. After some internal fillets are applied a 'final sketch' is Projected from this Component to create a clean DXF file to send to the Laser Cutter.
