I've got a sketch where I've created two lines at an angle . . .

Is there any way that the angle value can be made into a User Parameter (let's call it "MySpecialAngle") such that whenever that angle changes in the sketch the value of the related User Parameter also gets changed? In other words I want to be able to reference that angle in other parts of the sketch, or even other sketches, so that if the angle ever changes those other measurements in the sketches that reference the angle value will also change.

For example, suppose I have ANOTHER set of two lines that I want to be angled relative to one another at TWICE the MySpecialAngle. I could do that if there were a way to NAME that first angle. Is there a way to do that?

you can make a new User Parameter that references the driven dimension:

And it will update when d1 changes. However, you will still not be allowed to use that user parameter outside of the sketch. That is a current limitation to using driven dimensions in parameter expressions.
