File downloaded with those 6 Joints intact and working, and I presume that is because it is before the time you wish to replace something with a Lazy susan part. That does not exist.

Sorry, but the file will be hard to work on because

Your components do not contain any sketch (Not Rule No. 1 or 2)

Your sketches are not fully constrained, (blue and white articles)

You have used the Move Command, and Capture Position so often, that the components are no longer relative to the Origin. It appears that errors were not resolved at the time they appeared in the time line.

Workflow and timeline like this (12 sketches - five moves) for 2 parts (bodies) will take some time to untangle your actual problem.

Hi,

I'm building a hydraulic robotic arm to later 3D print and assemble it (except for off-the-shelf PVC pipes) somewhat similar to the one presented on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2r9U4wkjcc.

I have built most of the parts and assembled them but then when analyzing my built I figured out that I need to add a lazy susan bearing in between the base and the revolving platform to minimize the contacting surface areas and friction in it and thus be able to put a less powerful motor underneath the base to revolve the platform. The issue though, is that when I try to remove that revolute joint, it causes downstream failures for the entire assembly. If I just suppress the joint, I can't move the base out from the revolving platform to make the changes and re-assemble with a couple of parts in between.

This is what it looks like after an attempt to remove the joint:

I'm also attaching the model itself here:

This one has been tidied up, hindsight from your model, needs a Lazy Susan.

Thank you very much for helping with this part! You definitely modeled it much more efficiently and "concisely" than I did that makes me go and watch some Fusion 360 tutorials before making my models even more convoluted.
