2D Drawing: dimensioning a non-orthogonal interface edge

Is it possible to create dimension measurements from an edge created by the interface between 2 surfaces that are not orthogonal to each other?

Below are 2 drawings of the same object. The two plates are connected by a cylinder that is not perpendicular to either:

I'm trying to get measurements of A and B onto a drawing.

Please attach your MODEL so I can create a similar drawing and try and show you how to create that dimension.

I went through the process of creating the "A" dimension, the same process can be used to create the other desire dimension. There are better ways of dimensioning this model. If you have difficulty with the other desired dimension, let me know. As I mentioned in the Screencast, the point must be in a view that is "normal" to the drawing view.

Thank you very much John. I think I was at least a couple insights away from figuring this one out.
