How to move sketch over sketch

Hello everyone
When I edit Sketch 1 I do not see Sketch 2 in the background, but when I edit Sketch 2 I see Sketch 1, I understand that it happens because Sketch 2 is below Sketch 1.
How can i move sketch 2 over sketch 1, i try to grab and drag but the software does not let me do it ...
What should I do?

Draw the circle in sketch 1. And delete sketch 2.

The file I shared here is just an example, in my real file I have 15 complicated sketches, it will not help so much ...

Uhmm... I just did it with your file and then Attach your file (with new name).

I guess I need to create a video.

Attach real files here. (Or at least files the really really exhibit the issue. There is no issue dragging Sketch2 in the file that you Attached.)

You must have dependencies in your real file.

Simple logic - you cannot exist before your parents. Classic time machine problem. In some cases we can fool with the time machine and remove dependencies - but without the file... ...well all is a guess.

BTW - if you use the BORN Technique as much as possible and practical - you can avoid most of these dependencies.
