How to create gears between two defined points

I have two drawings of a circle I want to create from them gears that will connect to each other, how do I calculate the appropriate wheel size?

Where will the gears mount?
Do you have a center-to-center distance for the mounting shafts?
Do you have a desired gear ratio?

I need a 1: 1 ratio, the wheels should be in the center of the marked points

You did not specify the Pressure Angle or Module for you gears. The center distance, in the supplied model, is 67.082. With a 20 degree pressure angle and a 2.0 module, this center distance is too large for two 33 tooth gears and too small for two 34 tooth gears. Attach is your model with the 33 tooth gears mounted. The gears are motion linked together.

You also need to indicate how much power needs to be transmitted.

The following gears are close:

DP (Imperial) 96, teeth 254, pitch diameter 67.2041
DP (Imperial) 96, teeth 253, pitch diameter 66.9395
DP (Imperial) 48, teeth 127, pitch diameter 67.2042
DP (Imperial) 48, teeth 126, pitch diameter 66.675
Module 0.8 (Metric), teeth 84, pitch diameter 67.2

Notes:

You will have better luck designing a mechanism where at least one gear is adjustable.

Can you measure to 4 or 5 decimal places in Imperial or metric?
