I want to render a design from six sides (top, bottom, left, right front, back). The camera has to have the same distance to the object for all rendering perspectives.

When you use in the render workspace "Perspective with Ortho Faces" the distance would be the same, but the light is not good for all perspective, above all for bottom perspective. Changing the brightness or the position of the environment light in the scene settings doesn't make it much better. It would be great if the position of the light could be changed in 3 axis and not only in 2!

With rotating or mirroring the object the distance of the camera won't be exactly the same, because the shape of the object is very complex and Fusion doesn't find the pivot that's exactly in the center of the object's dimensions.

Has anyone a solution how to render a object from six sides?

I'm not aware on any way to do exactly what you are asking. The cameras can not be positioned at specific point in space. Maybe it can be done through scripting, but that's something I'm not familiar with.

Your idea of rotating the model was my first thought too. Maybe you can specify the exact pivot by parenting the model to another object. You can do that in a new project and drag and drop your model there, so you don't modify the original.

Lighting in Fusion is limited to environments, and they can only be rotated horizontally. That limits your options if you change the camera position instead of rotating the model.

You can always use emissive materials and create some rudimentary studio lights out of view to get specific highlights or light directions.
