Comments box not showing

Hello, I made a comment in a design, but I can not find it back.

By my search in this forum and internet says that the comments are available in a text box below the comment box, the only thing I have is a blue link icon, but I can not see the comment back.

The attached Screencast shows how to use the Comments and view any Comments posted. Follow it and if your process varies, create a Screencast of your own to show the process you see.

I watch your video, and follow the steps, but still do not get Que comment box below the input comments. Like the picture I posted, there is the link but not my comments 😞

Please post a Screencast of what you actually do and see. A picture does not show your process which may be different causing the issue.

I too had problems with the comments: I could get the box but could not enter text.

My solution, frequently used, is to lower my expectations and try again at a later date. Then, magically, it worked as should have.
