How do I stretch text vertically?

I would like to stretch/scale the text on the attached file. I would like to stretch/scale the height and leave the width alone. I cannot seem to find any tutorials for this. Can it be done and how?

I do this not in sketch but solid workspace. Change the second Extrude to New Body type, Scale resulting bodies non-uniformly, Combine (Cut):
