For what purpose do you need to wrap?...I assume to remove the corresponding "Metal" from the Cylinder?

What I have here is a portmap of a two stroke engine and I would like to wrap the sketched portmap to the inside of this cylinder. Is there a way to do that while preserving the measurements of the ports in the sketch? Thak you in advance.

You can't wrap a sketch. You can emboss or deboss (under the create menu) the inside surface of the cylinder though.

Your sketch needs to be fully defined where the lines will turn from blue to black.

You can do this using the Sheet Metal workspace. Do a forum search for creating a cylinder in Sheet metal. After unfolding the sheet metal cylinder, you can add the sketch, then extrude the ports.

You can Wrap a sketch on cylinder in Autodesk Inventor Professional.

In Fusion you will need to use the Sheet Metal workaround as suggested.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply if you can't figure it out?
