Has anyone found a way in the Sheet Metal Workspace to add embossed ribs on the inside of bends to act as stiffening ribs for sheet metal parts?

there is no direct way, but you can always cut out some sections and model some stiffening ribs with surfaces and then thicken them. Not a straight forward way but possible

Relatively easy to model if you don’t need Flat Pattern.
But these are deformation process and Fusion is (mostly) limited to cylindrical or conical bends.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Yes, I agree. It would be easy to model if not in Sheet Metal Workspace or in Sheet Metal Workspace if you don’t need Flat Pattern. If it was a short run you could just weld a plate against both inner surfaces. For mass production it would be better to punch the feature and bend as needed.

Thanks for your response, I figured out a way to model it (see attached). -The flat pattern I is not necessary in this case, but its possible to just export it before the "stamping" of the model or while those features are suppressed.

Thanks!
