I'm going to make a helmet using the general design. I want all the points on the helmet to withstand the shock of up to 5,000 N, but I don't know how to give the load conditions in this case.

If a load of 5,000N is given to the entire surface, 5,000N will be applied as a pressure divided by the area of the surface, and if the pressure of 5,000Mpa is given, it would be too much of a design.
