Modeling Rubber Plugs

Hello All

Can I please ask for little advise as of how to project and model rubber plugs for the area marked on the picture? I just cannot work it out how to project the bore to anything sensible.

How deep do you want to go into the hole?

BTW - your entire design process could be significantly simplified.

Now on to the caps. Check back.

Now that it is completed - it is obvious that Sketch3 should have been created at the beginning not in Sketch1.

Edit: Now that I think about it some more - Sketch3 was not needed. (And if we get really fancy, Sketch2 was not needed either.)

Ideally full depth just to make sure it's not going to fall out

Hello.

So I`m still a bit confused what is happening when you do the surface offset and then intersect. I tried to recreate it with little luck.

What i did instead was offset the bore in, and than patch the window and thicken.

I`m sorry i tried to replicate this the way you did it with the plugs but i`m not acheving the angles. I don`t especially inderstand how the extrude intersects with the plug.
