    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ideally, corners should half lap (half the material thickness) and there should be 0 gap... perfect world.&amp;nbsp; In fusion you will need to keep a gap of .0001" between faces in order to unbend the part. Otherwise they will join and you won't be able to get your flat pattern.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Brand new to CAD... That is, just realised that Visio is not CAD...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Creating a few parts in Fusion 360 with 1/4" steel for laser cutting, bending, and welding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just hoping to confirm that this is how a flange should be configuring for subsequent welding of the edge.
