Hello everyone, I am student in engineering and I am designing a piece in Fusion 360. I have used Fusion before but this it is the first time I am working with assemblies.

I am trying to use the "edit in place" feature to create a mount for the radiator plate which will be assembled to the component named "box2".

<video-js data-video-id="6369188001112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

However, as you can see on the video, when I leave the "edit in place" feature, the component I have just created moves to a totally different place. Am I doing something wrong in my workflow ? Or is it a bug that I have to work around ? I'm using Fusion 2.0.21508 on macOS 15.3.1.

Thank you,

Lucas
