Is it possible to make dynamic blocks?

I was wondering if there was a possibility to make dynamic blocks.
I'm refering to TopSolid, where you have a library with elements that can automatically modify to the space they get.

For example I have a component in my library for a drawer with the dimensions: Height = 250mm, Width = 400mm and Depth = 450mm.

Now I want to import this into a new design in a corpus with different dimensions, can i make my drawer component dynamic, so it automatically changes to the dimensions in the new design?

How I have to work now is insert a component in the design, break the link and then adjust the dimensions.

Currently there is no way to create a dimensional variation of a design, while still maintaining a link to the original design.

In the future (a year or so from now) we might see first releases of a feature set called Configurations in other CAD software. That will allow you to create dimensional, shape/feature and assembly variants of a design.

However, I don't think that will include automatic adaption to a space. You'll likely have to manually adapt the dimensions (for example) to the new geometry.
