      <title>Best approach for CNC cabinetry project</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey! I need to cut and carve a few cabinet doors to match the ones I already have (which were built traditionally).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since these will be carved from 3/4" MDF with a CNC router, my original approach for this involved creating a profile for the bits that should be removed, and extending it around a path with a sweep. The issue, as shown in the attached pics, is that the cut actions are undone where the corners meet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given the user parameters shown, what would be the smartest way to approach this problem that would allow me to update the profile sketch to change the design of the cabinet door?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How will you manufacture? Simply a route into a single MDF Panel? 3 Axis Machine?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! This is a Sweep path issue. The path of choice here is the outer path, which can lead to collision. You need to create the inner path and the desirable result will be obtained.&lt;/P&gt;
